We accept watches by mail-in for service

1. Complete the Contact Form

Before shipping your watch, please fill out the Contact Form located on the bottom of this page and select Mail-In Direct Watch Service as the service option.

If you already have a tracking number at the time of submission, please include it in the form. If it is not yet available, you may submit the tracking number later via email once it becomes available. Please also specify how many watches are being sent, and include descriptions of the timepieces in the form. This allows us to anticipate your shipment and properly log it upon arrival.

2. Insure Your Shipment

Please insure your package for the full value of the watch plus an additional 10 percent.

This extra coverage helps account for potential market fluctuations and replacement costs in the event of loss or damage during transit.

3. Package the Watch Securely

Careful packaging is essential to prevent damage.

Wrap the watch so it cannot move inside the package. Use adequate padding such as bubble wrap or foam, paper is not recommended as a packing filler. Place the wrapped watch inside a sturdy box suitable for shipping.

Avoid envelopes or thin packaging that may be crushed or bent during transit.

4. Need Help Packing?

If you are unsure how to properly package your watch, we strongly recommend visiting the shipping carrier of your choice such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most mailing offices offer professional packing services, carry appropriate packing materials for sale, and can ensure the item is prepared safely for shipment.

6. Return Address

Please specify the return shipping address that will be used to send the watch back in the contact form.

If your return address differs from the shipping address, please clearly note this when submitting the form.
