Our Watchmaking & Mechanical Services

  • A thorough and complete disassembly, meticulous cleaning, precise oiling, and detailed timing calibration are performed for manual, automatic, and chronograph watches to fully restore their accurate and reliable performance. Every jewel, gear, and bearing is carefully inspected under high magnification to guarantee smooth operation, long-lasting durability, and precise timekeeping accuracy.

  • We source and install high-quality mineral, sapphire, or acrylic crystals to restore clarity and protection to your watch face. All waterproof watches are pressure-tested and all watch crystals polished for a flawless finish.

  • Our services include re-luming dial indices and hands, cleaning and polishing faded metallic markers, and re-attaching loose dial indices. Ideal for collectors and restorers seeking to preserve the original aesthetic. Re-printing and associated printed dial re-finish services are not available at this time.

  • Expert conversion of mechanical or manual-wind timepieces to quartz movement for enhanced accuracy and greater ease of use. Revitalize your old watches by giving them a fresh, modern touch that combines classic charm with reliable performance.

  • We perform full pressure testing, gasket inspection, and crown/seal replacement using professional-grade equipment to ensure water resistance integrity, essential for dive and sport watches. Ensure your watch is ready for everyday wear, rain or shine.

  • Reno Watch Works also provides servicing for clocks, mechanical typewriters, slot machines, and a wide range of other vintage mechanisms. If it ticks, turns, or whirs, we have the skills and experience to help keep it running smoothly and reliably.
