Omega Vintage Masonic Style Dial 18K Gold Manual Wind Wristwatch Caliber 266
A distinctive vintage Omega combining a classic manual wind movement with an unusual Masonic style dial and an 18K gold case, this piece stands apart from conventional mid century Omega wristwatches through both its symbolism and presentation.
The silver toned dial is signed Omega beneath twelve o'clock and incorporates an array of symbolic motifs in place of conventional hour markers. Green laurel branches frame the center of the dial, while various Masonic inspired symbols are distributed around the hour track. A sun motif appears above the Omega signature, with additional geometric and architectural symbols creating a highly unusual and visually engaging layout.
Time is displayed through gold toned central hour and minute hands, while running seconds are shown on a recessed subsidiary seconds register at six o'clock. The combination of the restrained silver dial, green decoration, gold case, and symbolic hour markers gives the watch a character unlike more traditional Omega dress watches of the period.
Powering the watch is the Omega caliber 266, a manually wound movement from Omega's highly regarded 30mm family. These movements are known for their straightforward construction, large balance architecture, and durability, and remain among the most recognizable vintage Omega manual wind calibers.
The watch is housed in an 18K yellow gold case with elegantly curved lugs and a slim vintage profile. It is fitted to a dark brown crocodile patterned leather strap with a matching gold toned pin buckle.
This example presents in good overall vintage condition with cosmetic wear appropriate for its age. The lower portion of the leather strap shows significant wear near the spring bar area, and a visible scratch is present on the case around the nine o'clock side.

Condition
This watch presents in good overall vintage condition with wear consistent with its age and previous use.
The 18K yellow gold case retains an attractive warm tone and shows general surface wear, light scratching, and marks expected from a vintage gold wristwatch. A more noticeable scratch is present on the case near the nine o'clock side and is visible under close inspection.
The silver toned dial remains highly distinctive, with the Omega signature, symbolic hour motifs, green laurel decoration, and subsidiary seconds register all remaining clearly visible. Minor age related characteristics may be present across the dial and hands and are consistent with vintage ownership.
The acrylic crystal remains clear overall with normal light surface wear. The dark brown leather strap shows wear from previous use, with the lower strap exhibiting heavier deterioration around the spring bar attachment area. Replacement of the strap may be desirable depending on intended use.
The watch is presented in running condition at the time of inspection. Service history is unknown, and as with any vintage mechanical watch, future servicing should be anticipated as part of normal ownership.
As with any vintage timepiece, additional cosmetic characteristics associated with age, previous servicing, and prior ownership may be present and are reflected in the photographs.
